Our Guarantee:

• ✅ 90-Day Replacement: If your scrunchie overstretches or the band breaks within 90 days, we’ll send you a free replacement.

• ✅ 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your scrunchie within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Please Note:

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.

• This policy applies to UK orders placed directly through our Shopify store.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
